SITUATED in the heart of Avondale, where the Sunday markets, horse-racing track, movie theatres and a commercial district join together, Compass Accommodation offers excellent facilities and clean, secure accommodation rooms. Rooms are available for short or extended stay. The rooms range from small single rooms to large double sized rooms.

A single is $300 - $440 pw. Some rooms dble so $450 - $640 pw. This rent also includes furniture, small fridge, electricity, water, phone and internet. Pay two weeks rent plus one week bond to move in (e.g. if $400 pw then $1200 incl GST). We do not supply sheets or duvets or pillows. There are four bathrooms (male and female). Cleaner for common areas and bathrooms.

Separate women and men bathrooms and alcohol/drug free living with a custodian / manager on-site. The accommodation provides a large, shared kitchen area and an outside smoking area. Unlimited internet and rooms are all furnished. Trains and buses are available at Avondale rail station 2 minutes walk away, for 15 - 20 minutes of travel into the centre of Auckland and all universities, colleges and institutes of technology. We are WINZ registered.
